We take pride in each and every product we make. From the start to finish, each product is designed with all the KATS in mind. We take a much different approach to our products than others. Our goal is not to make products in large quantities, but rather make unique and special products that everyone can wear with pride.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on all orders as long as the item is in its original and sell-able condition. We accept exchanges up to 30 days after purchasing the item. We only accept items in their original, new condition. All returns and exchanges should be mailed back to:

For Returns, simply include your packing slip or your order # or Invoice ID in the package and write a note stating you would like to return the product for a refund. You would have to pay for the shipping the items back to us. 

For Exchanges, please include your packing slip or your order # or Invoice ID in the package and write a note stating what item you would like to exchange it for and in what size and color. You can exchange your items for any other product of equal value.

International Orders

For international orders, we have no control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all custom fees. 

Shipping and Handling

We take pride in our shipping speed. 90% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
